American Sign Language: "cow"


The sign for "cow" places a "Y" handshape at the temple and twists the hand (at the wrist) up and down twice.

Note: In some older dictionaries you might see this sign done with two hands.  I only use two hands for this sign when I'm telling stories to very young children.  Other than that I just use one hand.
