These very readable, magazine-like reports were designed to provide UCLA faculty and senior management with information about the goals and accomplishments of the UCLA Classroom Services unit. They now serve to catalog many of the accomplishments of my tenure as Manager of Classroom Services at UCLA as well as showcase my writing and design abilities.

Highlights include videoconferencing, the Chancellor's Excellence in Service Award for our Chief Engineer, and Research & Development.

Highlights include an essay entitled "The Challenge Facing Us; the Risks Facing Instructors," an explanation of how and why classroom data projectors are upgraded, new equipment for classroom use, and an announcement of reconfiguring of user support and equipment deployment services.
